Nepal’s former Prime Minister B.P Koirala’s Birth Centenary falls on Bhadra 24 Gate (9th September 2014). To value his long association with Patna, Government of Bihar organized Commemoration of B.P. Koirala Birth Centenary at his memorial near Golghar, Patna. Chief Minister of Bihar Shri Jitan Ram Manjhi and Consul General of India in Birgunj, Smt. Anju Ranjan garlanded the statue of Late Shri B.P. Koirala. Consul General delivered the inaugural B.P. Koirala Memorial lecture at Patna College on the same day.
