Yoga Camp at Surya Niwas, Simara on June 20th, 2016
On June 20, 2016 at 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM, in the run-up of 2nd International Day of Yoga, Consul General of India, Birgunj in association with Surya Nepal organized a Yoga Camp at Surya Niwas, Simara. Around 150 people from Surya Nepal Fraternity, inter alia the management group, employees, their family and other important residents attended the Yoga-Workshop.
During the workshop, Ravishankar Mani Pandey, Yoga Teacher from CGI, Birgunj demonstrated of Yoga Asanas and Pranayama based on the IDY- Syllabus. After the Workshop Mrs. Anju Ranjan, the Consul General of India and Chief Guest for the programme also planted a Rudraksha Sapling in the ITC Surya Campus.
