1. The candidates appearing for EPC on 4th June, 2016 will be appearing for Biology and Math respectively as per their choices/applications on 5th June, 2016 (next day), therefore the outstation candidates should come prepared to stay at Kathmandu for 4th & 5th June, 2016. Candidates should make their own arrangement of stay and embassy will not pay any TA/DA or any other related allowance on this account.
2. The reporting time for examination will be 90 mts before commencement of the examination of respective session e.g. Candidates appearing for 1st session for EPC will have to report at 07:30 AM in the morning at examination Center in order to carry out registration activities of biometric attendance, frisking, photo capturing, etc.
3. The candidates entry will be closed half an hour before commencement of the examination e.g. for Session-I commencing at 9:00 AM, the entry of the candidates will be closed at 08:30 AM.
4. Details of examination centers will be provided shortly.
5. The online admit cards will be issued from 30th May, 2016 and every candidate will be sent notification on their respective registered e-mail ID along with facility to download the admit cards.
6. Mock test for candidates’ practice would also be sent shortly for candidates to familiarize themselves with online test.
7. A facilitation center for handling admit cards related queries would be open in the Education Wing of Embassy of India, Kathmandu on 2nd and 3rd June, 2016 between 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM.
